Pictures aren’t enough anymore.
Let’s face it. The consumer has seen behind the curtain. Your average marketing company takes pictures of the homes you want to sell: wide angle, overly saturated, sensory overload. This is now normative, so the market is filled with this same approach. How does one cut through the noise? How do you set your practice to a new standard?
Video is a tool that has many benefits:
Immersion.
Virtual walk-throughs are great and all, but a video can do what they cannot: tell a story. Video can actually give someone the sense of a space that stills can only emulate.
Function.
Are there interesting highlights about the home you want to sell that can be highlighted by video? From something as simple as a sliding door, to as complex as an automated sunroof, video productions can highlight these things tremendously.
Divergency.
When someone’s scrolling through their feeds, video can take their attention captive. For a moment, you have the opportunity to pull them into your elevator, and pitch them your home.
Immediacy.
What if someone from out of town is looking at your home, because they’re moving to that area? Video is a tool that can cause someone to consider your home before others, for they have familiarized themselves with yours while only skimming through the thousands of photos they’re overwhelmed with. It’s convenient for them, and it causes them to slow down and consider your home, not just glance at it.

Together, we…
Video as a supplement…
Sprinkled throughout this page, you’ll see some of the photos we’ve taken, as well. This shows one serious truth: video and photo work incredibly when used hand-in-hand. To that end, we also offer general real estate photography in addition to videography.
The video gives a sense of immersion, and it pulls the consumer in. High quality photos give the consumer something to stare at.
We treat our craft seriously. We take time to make sure what we’re producing is more than a job done satisfactorily, but a job done artistically.
